Whenever we visit our son and his family in Burnt Hills, NY, we stay here at the Hilton Garden Inn in Clifton Park. We normally use Hilton points to stay here as it's the most reasonably priced points hotel in the area and with Hilton Honors, if you pay for four nights with points, the fifth night is free which is a great benefit. Staff are super nice, rooms are clean and decent, lobby is very inviting and breakfast is good. The only issue with the breakfast I have is that if you don't want the buffet, (carbs, more carbs, yogurt, fruit) but want just eggs and sausage, you still have to pay for the buffet, even if you are not using any of it! Breakfast staff are very nice, but for sure there is one chef that is better than the other as we had five breakfasts here, and when the good chef was there, the eggs and potatoes were perfectly cooked, but when the "other" chef is cooking, the eggs and potatoes come out burnt. I did mention this to the breakfast manager and on our last morning she very kindly comped our breakfast. On the plus side, they have a nice indoor heated pool and spa, again something the other hotels in the Clifton Park area do not have, some have pools but having a jacuzzi here is a very nice bonus. The management also allow me to bring my grandkids over to use the pool which I really appreciate. We will continue to come here 1-2 times a year as they take good care of us and the hotel is well positioned, with the mall and many restaurants and the movie theatre nearby.

Stayed here last year for Xmas visit with family. Looked forward to this year’s visit for 6 nites and it hasn’t disappointed. All staff is super friendly and helpful. Lobby is so welcoming, room very clean and comfortable. The restaurant crew is a lot of fun.

The bathroom was dirty, I was trying to take a shower and the curtain had a lot of hair stuck as well as signs of mold, really bad. I was scared of getting bacteria or something when I stepped on the tub.

Superb accommodations, professional attentive staff; friendly and helpful. Conference room(s) we’re spacious and accommodating. Buffet breakfast was satisfactory. However the lunch buffet for our conferences was incredible and well prepared. Lots of local shops nearby. AMC theater next door was convenient… and a great escape when our seminars were boring and mundane.

I had a High School Reunion in the area. I arrived at the Hilton Garden and was greeted by the front desk staff who were polite, friendly and helpful. The check in was smooth and flawless. The hotel was seasonally decorated and was warm and welcoming. When I went to my room it was lovely, clean and well stocked. I was also helped by a gentleman with my bags as he saw me struggling with my suitcase. I believe his name was Tyrell and he was so helpful which was great because I had spinal surgery six weeks ago. He moved the cart he had out of the way and came to my aid, bringing the baggage cart to my room, he was a blessing. I walked into the restaurant area and was greeted by the manager who was helpful and friendly. He then handed me the menu I requested and turned me over to a sweet young waitress. I ordered a Rueben sandwich to bring back to my room. The sandwich was delicious, the perfect Rueben. The service was timely and the waitress provided me with everything I needed. I would highly recommend staying in this Hilton.
